While pregnant you may have worked hard preparing to be a mom, but once your baby has arrived you may feel like your preparations were not enough, or you are inadequate.
All those feelings are okay to experience, don’t worry, you are enough!
Take time to utilize resources and keep learning, keep a support team around you, and connect with other moms or mom mentors.
Do things to keep yourself from feeling isolated. And know that it will come together in time.
