Alabama Constitution Hall Park

Alabama Constitution Hall Park features a variety of landmarks and exhibits that showcase the state’s rich history and culture. One of the main attractions at the park is Constitution Hall, which was the site of the Alabama Constitutional Convention in 1819. Visitors can take a 90-minute tour of the hall, as well as other historic buildings such as a cabinetmaker’s shop, surveyor’s office, blacksmith shop, print shop, and residences from that period of time. In addition to its historical attractions, the park is also a venue for events.
Cook Museum of Natural Science

The Cook Museum of Natural Science is the perfect place for young children to learn about the natural world through interactive exhibits. The museum features live animal exhibits, a saltwater aquarium, and a forest gallery with a climbable tree. Kids can also enjoy hands-on activities such as a kinetic sand table, a digital seashell generator, and a meteorite from outer space. The museum even offers a birthday package for kids, including admission for 20 guests, a private themed party room with a host, and exclusive shirts for the birthday celebrant.
EarlyWorks Children’s Museum

The EarlyWorks Children’s Museum offers a variety of interactive exhibits for children to explore. Children can learn about history, science, and technology through play and hands-on activities. Some exhibits at the museum include a 19th-century replica of an Alabama town and a talking tree that talks about Alabama’s history. There’s also Biscuit’s Backyard, a touch-and-learn area specifically designed for toddlers. Admission to the museum ranges from $5 to $10. They also offer birthday packages, including one-hour access to the party room and exclusive time in Tinker Lab or Biscuit’s Backyard.
Huntsville Museum of Art

The museum also hosts birthday parties for kids, allowing them to celebrate their special day surrounded by art and creativity. Admission to the museum costs $5 to $12, but children under six are admitted free.
North Alabama Railroad Museum

U.S. Space and Rocket Center

The U.S. Space & Rocket Center is a museum and education center dedicated to the history and future of space exploration. The center is home to various interactive exhibits and programs designed to educate and inspire kids about science, technology, engineering, and math. Some of the center’s most popular attractions for kids include the Space Camp, which allows children to experience simulated space missions, and the Rocket Park, which features a variety of real and replica rockets from the U.S. space program. The center also has a planetarium, which offers shows and presentations about the solar system and beyond, as well as a gift shop and a cafe. Admission ranges from $20 to $30.
