Since 2014 Bundles of Hope Diaper Bank in Birmingham, Alabama, has helped families facing financial hardship by providing diapers for infants and toddlers. As the COVID-19 pandemic persists, Bundles of Hope is stepping up to help families affected by this crisis.
Bundles of Hope is providing 200 Quarantine Baby Kits. These kits are for quarantined families that test positive for coronavirus who have babies in their households. The kits include diapers, wipes, formula, and pads.
Other Ways You Can Help
Spread the Word. Visit the Bundles of Hope Facebook page and share the video you see below with your family, friends, and followers.
Host a Virtual Diaper Drive. Currently, Bundles of Hope isn’t accepting diaper donations. The folks there are in full support of social distancing right now. Also, they want plenty of diapers to remain on retail shelves for the families that need them. However, Bundles of Hope is a regional partner of the National Diaper Bank Network. So, Bundles of Hope can order diapers directly from manufacturers. You can help by chipping in with fundraising efforts. Host a Facebook fundraiser or encourage your contacts to text “Give” to 205-379-9109.
Volunteer. Bundles of Hope offers several volunteer opportunities including writing letters of encouragement to families in need. Contact Bundles of Hope for more information.
Visit the Bundles of Hope donation website to sponsor a Quarantine Baby Kit or make a contribution of any amount.
