The Spinning Babies® Parent Class is specifically designed to teach parents an approach to comfort in pregnancy and ease in labor.

The class is three hours long and costs $150. During it, you will learn the basic anatomy of the pelvis and how it affects birth, the stages of the pelvis, and daily essential exercises. You’ll also learn how to rest and move smart for fetal positioning, how to balance your body for birth, and the variations of labor patterns.

The class highlights your baby’s active role in rotating down and out of the pelvis. With the techniques learned in this class, you and your partner will know how to help “make room for baby” before and during labor. It’s best to take this class between 24 – 32 weeks.
