Babypalooza is a social network connecting new and expectant moms to the products, resources, and information they need to navigate motherhood. Babypalooza is a registered trademark of Lifestages Media Inc.

2. The Agreement
These Terms and Conditions is an agreement between you and us. It details our obligations to you. It also highlights certain risks on using our services and you must consider such risks carefully as you will be bound by the provision of this agreement through your use of this website or any of our services.

3. Registration
To access certain features on the Site, you may be required to provide personal and/or demographic information as part of the registration process. You agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the applicable registration and you are responsible for keeping such information up-to-date (this includes your contact information, so that we can reliably contact you). Also, you are to protect the confidentiality of your account password as we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your password or account information.

You understand and acknowledge that delivery of information and content from your mobile device may fail due to circumstances beyond Babypalooza’s control and that network services, including but not limited to mobile network services are outside Babypalooza’s control.

The Company name, the term “Babypalooza”, the Babypalooza logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs and slogans are copyright and trademarks of Lifestages Media Inc. or its affiliates or licensors. You must not use such marks without the prior written permission of the Lifestages Media Inc. or as otherwise set out in these Terms and Conditions. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs and slogans on this Site are the trademarks of their respective owners.

11. Limitation of Damages
In no event shall Lifestages Media Inc. or any of our officers, directors, members, shareholders, employees, contractors, agents, successors, assigns, and all of their affiliates, subsidiaries, licensors, and/or Partners, be liable to any entity for any direct, indirect, special, consequential, punitive or other damages of any kind whatsoever (including, without limitation, any medical expenses, lost profits or revenue, business interruption, loss of information or programs or other data on your information handling system) that are related to the use of, or the inability to use, the Service (including any errors or omissions), materials, and functions of the service, or any linked website, even if we are expressly advised of the possibility of such damages.

12. Waiver and Severability
Lifestages Media Inc.’s failure to enforce a provision of these Terms is not a waiver of its right to do so later. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions of the Terms will remain in full effect and an enforceable term or terms will be substituted reflecting our intent as closely as possible.
