Art/Music
The Music Class
The Music Class is a music education program that helps you enhance your child’s music development during their early years. There are a couple of different locations around Nashville that offer The Music Class, with different dates, times, and price points. You can click here to find the one best for you and get enrolled.
SPARK! at the Discovery Center
SPARK classes are for children 1 – 6 years old and their parents. In this class, kids will get hands-on learning, STEAM exploration, music and art activities, and more. For the parents, you’ll get the chance to socialize with other parents, get family extension ideas, and explore some STEAM yourself! These classes occur on Monday and Tuesday from 9 – 10 AM. Early Explorers at Adventure Science Center
Early Explorers is for preschoolers and their parents. You’ll get to check out all of the exhibits, see a planetarium show, and attend a storytime. Mommy/Daddy and Me Classes at Faithful Strokes
Faithful Strokes offers three different types of classes for families to take and enjoy art together. Tot Art is designed for children 12 – 36 months, Mommy/Daddy and Me is for children 4 years and up, and Family Fun Nights is for children in Kindergarten and up. Prices vary depending on the class you plan to take and if you choose to pay by the class or by the month. You can learn more and get signed up here.

Play & Learn Groups at Parents and Play
The parent and me classes at Parents and Play are designed to enhance the development of your little one, but also help you navigate the new world of parenthood in a fun way. Classes are grouped by 3 – 12-month-olds and 12 – 24-month-olds. Groups meet weekly for 5 weeks and each class lasts 75-minutes. Gymboree
Gymboree offers different parent and me classes for children ranging from newborn to 5 years old. You can try out a class for free, but after that memberships range from $75 – $225. You can check out the upcoming schedule here to get enrolled.
My Gym Classes
My Gym offers several different parent and me classes based on the age of your child, ranging from 4 months to 5 years old. These classes will introduce your little one to the gymnastics environment while also helping them with their physical and cognitive development. Mommy & Me Classes at Harpeth Gymnastics
Mommy & Me classes at Harpeth Gymnastics are for kids 18 – 36 months and their parents. In this class, you’ll help your little one explore the world of gymnastics in a safe environment through hopping, stretching, balancing, swinging, and more. They’ll also get to work on their listening skills and confidence. Classes are held Monday through Friday from either 9 – 9:55 AM or 10 – 10:55 AM.
