Goal: To prepare you mentally and physically for birth and new motherhood, to have a more comfortable third trimester Program Features:
  • 8-weeks of pregnancy-appropriate workouts and stretches, including pelvic pain options
  • Birth prep exercises to prepare your body for labor and birth
  • A workbook with mindset exercises to prepare you mentally for labor, birth, and postpartum
  • Workout videos with coaching led by a very pregnant me so you can know exactly what to do and how to modify if need be

Fourth Trimester Recover and Rebuild Price: $97 Enroll

Goal: to heal the core and pelvic floor after birth, to rebuild strength and return to exercise safely postpartum Program Features:
  • 8-weeks of postpartum-specific workouts with modifications
  • Core and pelvic floor recovery exercises to help you heal after birth
  • Weekly discussion on topics and education on how to test for diastasis recti, what to look for, and how to return to high intensity or load activities
  • Video demonstrations of all exercises by a newly postpartum me (and baby Zoey) that teaches you how and when to modify and what to do if you’re dealing with a fussy baby but want to workout anyway

Goal: to help take the guesswork out of exercise with diastasis recti, prolapse, and pain, to bridge the gap between physical therapy and exercise to manage symptoms Program Features:
  • 8-weeks of exercise programming based upon my 4 phase system: Learn strategies to reduce or eliminate symptoms, control symptoms during exercise, load to challenge the body, integrate these systems in everyday life and return to desired exercise
  • 2-30 minute Zoom calls to discuss and troubleshoot movements
