Thankfully, there are grocery delivery and curbside pickup options to help us keep the fridge stocked without you having to go into the store.  This is particularly helpful if you have little ones that you can’t leave at home in order to shop solo. Here are some we recommend that will make life just a little bit easier during this time.

Instacart logo

Instacart is another grocery delivery service that allows you to create a list of necessities from one of your favorite local stores, have a shopper go buy all of them for you, and then have them delivered to your door. They also offer exclusive deals on popular products. Instacart allows you to pay a delivery fee for each order which typically starts at $3.99, but can vary throughout busier times. If you plan to use the service more frequently, you can get a $99 yearly membership and get free delivery on all of your orders. You can click here to get started.

Shipt logo

Through Shipt’s app, you can shop from local retailers and pick out all of the groceries and essentials you need. Then, a shopper will go to the store and do all of the shopping for you and deliver it to straight to your door. You can also connect with your shopper through text to adjust your order and get updates, which will be very helpful at this time, as stores may be out of certain items. Subscription plans are $14 a month or $99 for the year – sign-up here. It’s a great way to have groceries delivered to the grandparents.

Publix logo

If you live in an area with Publix, the grocery store has an option for you to order online and choose a time to go pick up your items in store. They also offer curbside pickup and delivery options through Instacart.

Target logo

Much like Walmart, Target also offers you the ability to create a grocery list online and have it picked up at the store. They also offer home delivery through Target Restock, which will give you next-day delivery on your items if you use your REDcard or through Same Day Delivery, which is powered by Shipt.

Through Walmart’s grocery service, all you have to do is go online and start adding the grocery items you need into your cart. Once you have your list together, you can choose a time slot that’s convenient for you to go pick them up or in some locations they can deliver to your door. If you’re doing a pickup, just park in the designated area and they will bring the groceries right out to your car, simple as that! You can click here to start creating your list.
