BirthWise in Birmingham

We are doulas and educators working together to provide seamless support from preparation for birth through parenting!

We offer childbirth classes, birth doulas, breastfeeding support, birth pool rental, birth prep coaching, and more.

Having attended a combined total of over 300 births since 2008, we have a wide range of experience, from VBAC to CBAC, from natural to medicated, from inductions to labors that have started spontaneously, after mom’s water breaks on its own, from three-day labors to four-hour deliveries! In addition, we have nursed one or more babies for a combined total of well over 20 years of nursing experience.

We also offer a range of childbirth education classes. Susan is a Lamaze Certified Childbirth Educator, teaching classes since 2014. Dalia is a Lamaze Certified Lamaze Childbirth Educator who taught childbirth classes since 1998.
