Join for free, all-ages, all-levels yoga at MidCity in partnership with Light On Yoga Fitness! The Saturday morning yoga sessions are led by several amazing instructors from LOYF!
Classes are from 9:00-10:00 am at the lawn under High Point’s outdoor climbing wall. All yogis are invited to stay after for coffee, breakfast, tea, and to enjoy The Camp patio and The Greenroom Coffee Shop before or after class. Stick around at MidCity to shop and play!
Children and leashed pets are welcome as long as they don’t disturb the experience for fellow yogis. BYO mat and water bottle! Restrooms and coffee are located 100 yards away at The Camp
