Get ready to sweat and celebrate with your kid at Seven Studio’s Mom and Me Mother’s Day ride! This high-energy, indoor cycling class is perfect for moms and kids who want to stay active and have fun together.
The class will take place on Saturday, May 13th at 1 PM at our studio in Green Hills. You and your kid will ride side by side on our stationary bikes, enjoying upbeat music and motivating instruction from our owner and lead kids instructor, Johna. But don’t worry, the workout is designed to be inclusive for riders of all levels, so no experience is required.
As a special treat, all participants will receive refreshments after the class is complete. Plus, each participant will receive a custom tote bag designed by their child as a souvenir of the event.
