Creating your Walmart Baby Registry is simple. Visit walmart.com, head to the baby department, and click Start a Registry. You can also go directly to the baby registry page to skip ahead.
You'll create a free account and answer a few quick questions — your baby's due date, your shipping state, and whether this is your first baby. After that, you're ready to start adding items.
You can also set up your registry through the Walmart app. Once you're logged in, tap Services on the bottom toolbar, then Baby Registry, and follow the same setup steps.
