Birmingham Infant Swim Classes

Hey moms! Having trouble finding infant swim classes? Here’s a list of places in the Birmingham area that offer classes starting at 6 months.

The UAB Rec Center offers classes starting at 6 months. You can choose a 30-minute class once per week (Saturdays) for a month or twice per week(Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday) for two weeks. Swim Like Fish is at a private residence in Homewood and offers classes starting at 6 months. It ranges from $100-125 but, it’s for one week of classes (Monday through Thursday) and each class lasts 45 minutes. Also, most local YMCA’s offer Mommy and Me swim classes starting at 6 months. The classes are 30 minutes once per week for one month. For members, it’s $45 and non-members $60.
