From 10 to 2 PM, the zoo’s animal care and education staff will offer fun and educational activities focusing on backyard birds and their unique characteristics. Guests can enjoy these activities in the Alabama Wilds section of the zoo, which is also free of charge. Dusty’s All Star Circus

Kids Mardi Gras Parade

The Moms Club of Birmingham East is organizing a Kids Mardi Gras event that promises a fun-filled celebration for families in the area. Children are invited to decorate their wagons, strollers, or boxes and join the parade by lining up at 3:45 PM. Participants are encouraged to bring beads, candy, or moon pies to throw and contribute to the event’s festive atmosphere. In the case of rain, the parade will be rescheduled to Thursday the 23rd. With a lively and colorful parade, the Kids Mardi Gras event is a great opportunity for children to express their creativity, have fun, and engage with the local community.

Goldilocks and The Three Bears
